Registration Information

Invited delegates of sponsoring companies
Scientists sponsored by companies will receive their invitation and a registration voucher directly from the sponsoring company. We kindly ask to return the registration voucher to the
congress office.
Sponsoring companies inviting delegates within Asia shall register their delegates for the full registration fee for members or non-members. The use of the congress fee for developing countries can not be booked by industry companies.

Group Registration
Companies who wish to register a group of participants according to the above guidelines of invited delegates of sponsoring companies can download the group registration form here. Please send it to the following e-mail address: cinp2010@cpo-hanser.de

Companies who would like to take advantage of the early bird fees are offered to register and pay for a certain number of registrations until the published day of the deadline. The names of the delegates can be provided until 6 weeks prior to the congress by using the group registration form.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please present this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material.

 Developing Countries
A limited number of developing countries registrations are available. To be eligible, you must reside in one of the following countries, as classified by the World Bank.

 Registration Requirements for Young Scientists
A copy of passport or other government-issued ID is required for verifying age (must be under 35 at the time of the Congress) and must be forwarded along with the registration.
