Plenary Lectures
Plenary lecturers present 45-minute talks at the beginning of each morning and afternoon session, each day of the Congress. These speakers are chosen in recognition of their exceptional achievements in basic or clinical research and the talks will include material of interest to both basic science and clinical audiences.
Symposia
Symposia of two-hour duration cover latest advances in basic and clinical neuropsychopharmacology, biological psychiatry, drug development, public policy issues relevant to the field, mental health, mental illness and treatment outcome.
Pro and Con Debates
during the daily 90-minute debates current controversial issues will be introduced and discussed. One moderator and two discussants (pro and con) will raise interactive and lively debates.
Educational Review Lectures
The education track includes review lectures in Korean, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese by
leaders of psychopharmacology in these respective countries. In addition, a series of review
lectures in English of 45 minutes each will be presented by leaders
Poster Sessions
Poster sessions will be held Monday 7 June to Wednesday 9 June 2010. These sessions offer an effective forum for the exchange of information and a means to communicate ideas,
research, and programmes. Poster authors will present and discuss their results in these highly interactive sessions in various fields. The Poster Sessions will take place in the Convention Hall A close to the exhibition area.

Satellite Symposia
Satellite symposia will be organised and presented by pharmaceutical companies in
consultation with the International Scientific Programme Committee. Lunch and evening
symposia are scheduled for 90 to 100 minutes.
